Pathline is founded and led by Josh Roberts, a construction scheduling and project-controls professional with more than 29 years of experience supporting complex projects. His background includes industrial, LNG, refining, petrochemical, capital, commercial and mission-critical construction environments.
Josh has developed and managed Primavera P6 schedules containing more than 50,000 activities, with hands-on experience in baseline development, progress measurement, resource and manpower forecasting, turnaround recovery, capital-project integration and management reporting. That practical experience guides every Pathline engagement.
Our scheduling approach considers engineering, procurement, work fronts, crews, equipment, access, subcontractor interfaces, testing, commissioning and turnover as part of one integrated execution plan.
