Founder-Led Experience

Pathline is founded and led by Josh Roberts, a construction scheduling and project-controls professional with more than 29 years of experience supporting contractors, owners and project teams.

Josh has developed and managed Primavera P6 schedules containing more than 50,000 activities. His background includes baseline development, schedule updating, resource and manpower forecasting, progress measurement, project recovery, capital-project integration and management reporting across industrial, LNG, refining, petrochemical, commercial and mission-critical environments.

Before focusing on scheduling, Josh started in the field and worked through estimating, project coordination and subcontract coordination. He has served on both the contractor and the client side, so he understands what each party needs from the schedule and how it will be reviewed from the other side of the table.

Representative Experience

Josh has served as Lead Scheduler on major Gulf Coast outages and turnarounds, including:

• 50,000+ activity light hydrocarbon turnaround — about 40 days, $60M (2013)
• 90-day emergency LNG outage — all three trains, $100M in outage work
• Repeat ethylene unit outages — 35 to 45 days each, $30M to $80M each

Texas-Based, Nationwide Support

Pathline is based in Texas and can support projects throughout the United States. Remote collaboration makes senior scheduling support practical for contractors that do not need—or cannot justify—a permanent full-time scheduler.
